I hereby grant Eureka Outback and its agents and assigns, the permission to use the photographs in any media for the purpose which may include, among others, display, marketing, packaging for any product or service, portfolio, advertising, website, social media, award submissions or any publication or article in promotion of the studio or photographer name. I hereby release Eureka Outback and agents and assigns from all claims and liability relating to the use of the said photographs. I acknowledge and agree that I have no further right to additional consideration, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to the Photographer and/ or Assigns. I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns. I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual.
